Plain tiled roof with red brick ridge stack. Brick stack to left hand gable return. Pantiled roof to outshuts. 2 storeys and dormer. Four window range: sashes with glazing bars; right hand ground floor window blocked up; gabled dormer, casement with glazing bars.
