TM 47 SW BRAMFIELD WENHASTON ROAD 4/25 Holly Tree Farmhouse 25.10.51 (previously listed as Holly Farmhouse) II Farmhouse. Early C17. L shape plan with an additional shorter rear wing parallel to the first. Timber framed and plastered, original brick south gable end to front range, later brick casing to north gable; plaintiles to front range, pantiles to main rear wing. 2 storeys and attic. Fine facade: C18 3- light casement windows with square leaded panes; doorway with original 2 storey open porch with turned balusters to side openings and overhanging first floor supported on carved brackets; original oak doorframe and door. External stack to south gable with sawtooth brickwork to top; the main rear wing has an internal stack with similar ornamentation. Listing NGR: TM4049674423
