Timber-framed; C20 weatherboarding and corrugated asbestos roofing. Roof gabled on the east and hipped on the west. Frame in 4 bays, the easternmost partitioned-off and floored. Substantial scudding, middle rail, arched braces at the corners; in the trusses, the long arched braces have been replaced by bolted knees.
