Description

EYKE TM 35 SW 2/39 Low Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Main range probably C16; extended to west in C19 to form L shape plan, the eaves of the old range being raised at this end. Earlier work timber framed and plastered with pantiled roof: to the north there are some plaster panels with ropework pargetted infilling; further panels have been exposed internally on the old outside wall. C19 wing in colourwashed brick with plaintiled roof. 2 storeys. 3 windows to C19 facade, original small- paned casements under segmental arches; mid C20 glazed door. Other windows are mid C20 casements; boarded half-door to south. Internal stack to each range. Interior with some exposed framing and joists; much original floorboarding. Evidence for 2 diamond-mullioned windows at first floor level. Listing NGR: TM3158752534
