Timber framed, the facade cased in early C20 colourwashed brick, the remainder plastered; roof of modern pantiles. 2 storeys and attic. 3 cell form. 3 windows, various casements; gabled porch and mid C20 door in position of cross passage; mid C20 glazed door below stack. Single storey lean-to on right hand gable end. Original newel stairs (both flights); good exposed framing and original floorboarding on first floor; fine exposed roof structure in attic.
