TM 47 SW WENHASTON ST. BARTHOLOMEW'S LANE 4/122 Old Hall Farmhouse (previously listed as 25.10.51 Wenhaston Old Hall under Bartholomew's lane) GV II Farmhouse. Late C16 to south, early C17 to north. T shape plan. Red brick, the south wing with a timber framed core; each wing has one roof slope of pantiles and one of plaintiles. 2 storeys and attic. South wing with early- mid C19 facade with recessed bays: 3 window range, casements, segmental arches, doorway with 6-panel door, the upper 4 panels glazed, hoodmoulds over ground floor openings, brick dentil eaves cornice. Fine original crowstepped gable to south with 2 pairs of windows (mid C20 replacements in old positions), an infilled square panel at attic level and stack with 2 detached octagonal flues with moulded bases. North wing with various casement windows, some probably C18 with square leaded panes; large blocked window opening to west gable attic shows traces of the original rusticated stucco surround; corbelled brickwork to eaves, parapet gable ends; east gable with 3 rebuilt detached octagonal flues.
