Two storeys and attic. L-shaped plan. Garden front: at left is the projecting gabled wing which appears to be the earliest, C17 portion, now clothed in C18 or C19 brick. This has a lean-to outshut to its gable end. The right flank has C20 French windows to the ground floor and a 3-light casement above. To right of this wing is the C18 portion which has a stable door at left with cambered head. To left of this a 2-light window and to right of it a 3- light casement with flat-arched head. To right again a single-light casement and to the far right French windows with a moulded surround, possibly of late C19 date. The first floor has two 3-light and three 2- light casement windows with flat-arched heads. To the attic are two 2- light dormer windows with flat roofs. Ridge chimney-stack of 4 flues to right of centre. The right hand gable end has one 3-light attic window. To right of this is the C19 addition, also of red Flemish bond brick. Cambered-headed sash window of 3x4 lights to the ground floor. The left hand side is also of 2 builds the earliest portion being at right but refaced, having a 3-light cambered-headed ground floor window at right and two 2-light windows to the first floor, that at right with a flat head, that at left with a cambered head. The gable at left has a 2-light attic window, recessed and at left of this is the C19 portion. Entrance front: 3 near-symmetrically disposed C19 bays. Projecting gabled wings at either side of a slightly recessed porchway. The wings have cambered-headed sash windows to both floors of 3x4 panes. The porchway appears, from the brickwork, to be a later C19 addition, built in front of a recessed portion of walling which has the entrance door of 6 panels at left with cambered head. The porch has a round arch and is approached by 3 moulded ashlar steps and has a band at the level of the springing of the arch. Above this, to the first floor is a sash window of 3x4 panes. Interior: chamfered ceiling beams and some close studding to the C17 portion. Ovolo-moulded ceiling beams and a baffle-entry plan to the early C18 portion and panelled shutters and cases which lie flush with the wall to the C19 portion. Listing NGR: TM3660046900
