The two first-floor windows are also of 3 lights, but are c1760 casements with glazing bars and timber-frames. Gabled roof with a central ridge stack. Abutting the north gable is a sloping flint and brick extension of 1990. The south gable is lit through a C20 window. Small kneeelers support the gable parapets. The east side extension is of colourwashed brick. 2 storeys. C20 plank door right of centre. One 3/3 sash either side under rendered skewback arches, and 2 identical sashes to the first floor. Gabled roof with internal gable-end stacks, that to the south being a late C20 re-build. INTERIOR. The lobby entrance plan is intact. The winder staircase is to the east of the stack opposite the main entrance, in the normal C18 lobby-entrance fashion. The north room has a re-built brick fireplace, the south room a C20 tile fireplace.
