SOUTH ELMHAM ST. JAMES ST. JAMES' ROAD TM 38 SW 4/55 Cuckoo Farmhouse - II Farmhouse. Late C16. 3-cell lobby-entrance form. 2 storeys; timber-framed and rendered; black glazed pantiles. An internal chimney-stack with a plain rebuilt red brick shaft. 3 windows to each floor: old 3-light casements with transomes and pintle hinges. A C19 red brick porch, enclosed and gabled, with fluted barge-boards and a 4-panel door, the top 2 panels glazed. A C19 red brick wing at the rear. Access not obtained. Listing NGR: TM3244281453
