Timber-framed; roughcast to upper floor; old red brick with a scatter of blue headers to the ground floor, laid in English Bond; C20 concrete plaintiles. Basic 3-cell lobby-entrance form. The internal chimney-stack has 4 hexagonal attached shafts on a rectangular base. Old 2-light and 3-light casement windows with transomes and pintle hinges to each storey. 2 identical 4-panel doors, the top 2 panels glazed, within open lattice work porches, gabled, with bargeboards, spike finials, and boarded sides. Wing at the rear. Access refused. Listing NGR: TM3318981820
