Listed Building: BAY TREE FARMHOUSE (277113)

WATTISHAM BILDESTON ROAD 1. 5377 Bay Tree Farmhouse TM 05 SW 34/990 II 2. A timber-framed and plastered building with a cross wing at the east end. Roof tiled. Two storeys. The cross wing is the earliest part, probably C15, and the main block appears to have been added or rebuilt C15-C16. The interior framing has been altered by cutting away members but much of the original work remains. The roof has heavy closely spaced rafters and collars. The exterior was altered in the C19 but at the time of survey was under restoration. Listing NGR: TM0067751320
