ELMSETT FLOWTON ROAD 1. 5377 Laurel Cottage TM 04 NE 39/329 II 2. A C16 timber-framed and plastered building with an early C19 gault brick block built on to the north-west side. Two storeys. The front has 3 window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals. The centre part, of one window range, breaks forward slightly and rises above eaves level. The windows and doorway are set in an elliptical headed recessed panel. A 6-panel door with a fanlight has a wood doorcase with panelled reveals, fluted half columns and a cornice. Roof slate, hipped, with a modillion eaves cornice. Listing NGR: TM0602646961
