Description
COURT STREET 1. 5377 (West Side) Nayland with Wissington No 1 (The Vine House) (formerly listed under Church Street) TL 9734 27/661 10.1.53. II GV
2. A C16-C17 timber framed and plastered house refronted in the C18 in brick, now painted. 2 storeys. 3 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in shallow reveals with stuccoed lintels. The ground storey windows are 4 panes wide and the upper storey are 3 panes wide. A 6-panel door has a moulded architrave. Roof tiled (old tiles), with a modillion eaves cornice.
