Former farmhouse, C17. 2 storeys. 3-cell lobby-entrance plan. Timber-framed
and plastered. Concrete plaintiled roof, once thatched. An axial C17 chimney
of red brick, the shaft rebuilt c19/c20, Casements of 1986; a 4-light
mullioned C17 window is exposed and glazed. Doorway at lobby-entrance
position (temporarily blocked during major alterations to building at date of
survey).
