OFFTON IPSWICH ROAD TM 04 NE 6/149 Offton Place 9.12.55 - II Farmhouse, c.1800, for the Kersey family. 3 windows, 2 storeys with attics. Red brick. Dutch parapet gables with pierced finials of limestone at each corner. External end chimneys of red brick. Plaintiled gambrel roof. Sashes with segmental heads of gauged brick; small-panes and sidelights. Recessed 6- panelled entrance door, the reveals also panelled; oblong fanlight with border panes. The rear elevation is similar; small pane sashes and a half-glazed panelled door with semi-circular fanlight and an open pediment on console brackets. Listing NGR: TM0767748919
