MENDLESHAM COTTON ROAD TM 06 NE 2/44 Boundary Farmhouse -- II Former farmhouse. C16 or early C17. Timber framed, pebbledash-rendered. Roof of glazed black pantiles. Probably 3 cells. 2 storeys. 3 windows, C19 6 and 8-paned sashes. Lobby entry: gabled porch with decorative bargeboards, 6-panel door. One-storey splayed addition set forward to left has 8-paned sash window to front. Internal stack with axial shaft, largely of narrow red brick. Interior not examined.
