1. 1260 GAINSBOROUGH LANE Pond Hall TM 14 SE 12/288 II 2. A C16-C17 timber-framed and plastered house with an L shaped plan with a cross wing. The upper stories are jettied. On the south front the ground storey has been built out in brick with buttresses. The upper storey on the west side has exposed timber-framing. The windows are mainly 2-light casements with glazing bars. Roofs tiles. The interior is said to incorporate an earlier frame and has exposed beams. Listing NGR: TM1806741062
