A 2-bay formerly open hall with cross-passage entry at the east end. The roof was originally hipped over the storeyed service end with a smoke gablet. The west cross wind possibly original, altered. The hall open truss had massive arch-braces with multiple pegging, and a crown-post (now positioned on the staircase); square-sectioned with 4-way braces and a crudely-cut abacus.
