House, c.1840. 1½ storeys and attics, 3 windows. Rendered walls. Concrete pantiled roof; axial chimneys of gault brick with sunk panels and rusticated bases; gabled casement dormers; carved bargeboards and collards. Windows with hoodmoulds, small-pane wrought iron casements. C19 1-storey open gabled entrance porch with carved bargeboards; 4-panelled entrance door. Group value with Cedar Cottage and Mulberry Cottage.
