At the north-west end, a one-and-a-half storey range, timber-framed and rendered with plaintiled roof, which formed the original farmhouse: 3-cell plan, with an internal chimney-stack and plain red brick shaft. Various windows: some original diamond mullions in one gable wall; one flat-headed dormer. Side purlin roof, over a doubled wallplate. Extending south-eastwards from this range is a timber-framed one-and-a-half storey block added during the C17, and fronted in early C19 white brick.
