Timber framed and rendered, with a 2-storey lean- to extension in red brick along east side. C20 concrete plaintiles. Internal chimney-stack with truncated saw-tooth chimneys. 3 windows: late C19 3-light casements with a single bar to lights, On ground storey at south end, the former shop door, with a single-light window beside it.
