An internal chimney-stack with 3 attached square chimneys, rebuilt with old bricks. 3-light cast iron casement windows: those to the ground storey larger, with a cross-bar and replacement square leading; old leaded panes to the upper storey. C20 enclosed, gabled porch with plain bargeboards. Framing exposed inside: widely-spaced substantial studs, main beams with 3" chamfer, considerable reconstruction of the fireplaces.
