Description
A Geophysical survey was undertaken on agricultural land west of Bamford covering approximately 89 hectares ahead of a propose solar farm development comprising six large arable fields. The magnetometer survey was undertaken using four Bartington Grad601 Sensors mounted at 1m intervals onto a rigid carrying frame. The system was programmed to take readings 10-15cm intervals on roaming traverses 4m apart with readings stored on a weatherproof laptop. The system was linked to a Trimble R8s Real Time Kinetic GPS system. MLGrad601 and MultiGrad601 was used to collect and export the data with Terrasurveryor V3.0.36.0 used to process and present the data.
