1986: bronze crudely decorated strap end & backing `fork' and bronze gilded strap end and gilded strap fastener.

Med pottery (38 sherds) and a lead seal found whilst metal detecting. Also Pmed coin, finger ring and occasional pottery sherds found.

Thin scatter of finds including small vessel with lug handles ? for holy water (S2)(also one from Rattlesden similar), strap end and pottery sherd.

'Small field near junction of A12 and A1095, N of the Angel Marshes contains many small Med sherds, bricks, nails and one iron key was picked up. At one time there was a landing stage here'

Metal detector finds; silver penny and silver cut halfpenny of Henry III, C13, also silver half groat of Henry VII, AD 1501-7?; bronze Nuremberg type jetton (S1). Formerly recorded as BUN MISC

EMed pottery, cooking pot (misshapen), glass fragments, bones, oyster shell (S1).

Metal detector finds, including two silver half-pennies, Edward III.
