Farmhouse. Late C16. Timber framed and plastered, the facade cased in colourwashed brick; pantiled roof. 2 storeys and attic. 3 cell plan with cross passage entry. Mid C20 small pane casement windows. 2 doorways: 4-panel door, the upper 2 panels glazed; mid C20 door, entablature & triangular pediment (part temporarily missing at time of survey). 2 C20 flat-roofed dormers. Good internal stack with 4 detached octagonal flues with moulded brick bases and rebuilt linked star caps. One ground floor room has a 4-centre arched brick fireplace, plastered in early C17: around the fireplace is a frieze of strapwork pargetting, partly restored. Good original plank and muntin partition on ground floor.
