House and 2 cottages, c. 1750. 2 storeys; 12 windows. Red brick with string course at first floor. Hipped plaintiled roof with axial chimneys of red brick. Mainly C18 mullioned and transomed windows with segmental heads; casements, some with leaded lights. 2 early C20 flat roofed 1-storey bay windows, flanking C20 entrance door with flat canopy on brackets.
