Description

A historic buildings report was produced for a barn prior to its conversion. This 19th C flint and clay lump 2 bay structure originally was constructed as a stable with a hayloft above. The roof was raised in the 19th C and a chimney and window were added. It appears that at this time this structure was used for storing grain. More recently it has been used for storage. At this site there is also a l-shaped range of buildings which include a barn, kiln, mathouse and a cartshed.
