Description
A single ‘L’ shaped trench, measuring 23m in total length and 1.8m wide, was excavated across the footprint of the proposed development by a mechanical excavator. The north-south length of trench had to be abandoned at its southern end after services were encountered. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified (S1).
