Description

An archaeological evaluation was conducted ahead of a new residential development to the rear of The Angel Inn, Bramford in Suffolk. There were no features of archaeological significance within the evaluation trench, however one large un-abraded sherd of late medieval pottery was found within the subsoil. One 1.8m x 28m trench was excavated to a depth of 0.5-0.9m (S1).
