Description
An archaeological evaluation was carried out prior to a proposed new warehouse development and new access road. A total of 27 trenches were excavated, each measuring 40m x 1.8, excepting three trenches that measured between 20m and 35m in length. The trenching covered a 5% sample of the site. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified, although there was some evidence for plough scarring (S1).
