Description
An archaeological evaluation was carried out on a proposed housing development. The trenches were laid out following the identification of a number of positive geophysical anomalies. The trenches excavated over a total area covering 712.8m squared. The trenches were excavated to the top of the undisturbed geology which occurred between 0.31m and 0.7m. A single ditch and later prehistoric and medieval pottery were identified.
