An archaeological evaluation was carried out prior to the residential development of the plot. T`he evaluation consisted of two trenches within the proposed footprint of the structures. The trenches measured 5m long and 1.8m wide. They were excavated to a depth ranging between 1.2m and 1.3m before encountering the natural subsoil. A single sherd of medieval pottery and late post medieval pits were identified.
