Description
Evaluation to assess the impact of a residential development on any archaeology present. Two trenches, 17m in total length x 18m wide were excavated to a depth of 0.4m. The topsoil had been heavily disturbed and this may have truncated the natural. An extant ditch was excavated but all observed infilling deposits dated to the 20th century although the ditch may be earlier.
