Description
An archaeological evaluation was carried out on land to the rear of Geest House, Hadleigh Road, Sproughton as a condition of planning application B/14/00460/FUL, which proposes the construction of eight detached dwellings with associated garages and access roads. Five trenches measuring 100m in total were excavated. No archaeological deposits or features were identified, no finds were recovered and no environmental samples were collected.
