Description
A trial trench evaluation was carried as a condition of planning consent to develop the site. Seven trenches in all were excavated. The soil profiles revealed in the trenches showed significant modern disturbance over much of the site, likely to be associated with modern building developments to the north east and south west of the development area (S1).
