Description
2016: A geophysical survey by Phase Site Invetsigations Ltd provided no evidence for archaeological activity within the survey area. A magnetic gradient survey was undertaken using a multi-sensor array cart system (MACS) and a Bartington Grad 601-2 gradiometer. The MACS data was collected on profiles spaced 0.50m apart with readings taken at between 0.10 and 0.15m intervals. The Bartington component was collected at 1.00m by 0.25m intervals over a series of 30m grids. The site comprised an area of approxinately 5.6ha. (S1)
