Description
An archaeological evaluation was carried out on the land between 55 and 81 Valley Road prior to the construction of houses and flats. A total of three trenches measuring in total 90m long and 1.6m wide were excavated across the site. The trenches were excavated to a depth ranging between 0.45m and 2.0m. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified (S1).
