Description

Archaeological evaluation trenching was carried out on an area of c.0.6 hectares prior to a proposed development. A total of seven trenches were excavated. A uniform layer of topsoil measuring between 0.2m and 0.5m was present over the site. Medieval, prehistoric and Roman finds were identified on the site.
