Description
Evaluation trenching prior to the development of two semi-detached dwellings. One trench, 10m long, covering the foot print of the buildings was excavated to a depth of 0.5m. Both the topsoil and the subsoil were 0.25m. The natural was an orange sand with small and medium flints. No archaeological features or finds were recorded.
