Description
An archaeological evaluation was undertaken to assess the extent of surviving archaeology within the area of a proposed housing development. Two 1.5m wide trenches were excavated to a combined length of approximately 80m. This equates to approximately 1.6% of the total area to be developed. Pottery dated to the 16th century was identified (S1).
