Description
An archaeological evaluation was carried in advance of a proposal to build 209 houses on an area of 9.7hecatre of arable and meadow land. The evaluation consisted of 27 trenches measuring 2.2m wide and totalling 2002m in length. This represented a 2.06% sample of the total development area. Two areas of 12th to 14th century features were identified (S1).
