Description
Excavation was carried out ahead of the construction of new dwellings at Oak House Farm. The work followed trial trench evaluation of the site carried out in April 2012. The footprint of the proposed new dwellings, garages and access road c.725sqm was subject to excavation. Site conditions were poor with the machine stripping of the site taking place in wet weather (S1).
