Description
A single evaluation trench, 12m in length, was excavated prior to the construction of an extension. No archaeological features or finds were identified although much of the area was disturbed by modern services and other late post-medieval disturbances. The natural sobsoil consisted of white/pale yellow chalk which was encountered at a depth of c.0.65m.
