Description
Three locations along the route of a proposed new water main between Peasenhall and Saxmundham were subject to archaeological trial trench evaluations; Peasenhall (PSH 019), Kelsale (KCC 052) and Saxmundham (SXM 052). A segment of the Peasenhall site was also monitored during an archaeological watching brief. No archaeological remains were uncovered at any stage of the works.
