Description

An archaeological evaluation was carried out by way of trenching in advance of the erection of a single new dwelling adjacent to Pottery House Wattisfield Suffolk. It has been written in response to an archaeological brief written by Hannah Cutler of the Suffolk County Council Archaeological Services Conservation Team, dated 11th of June 2018. A single trench was excavated to the extent of 15m by 1.80m width to cover the area of the development. During the evaluation no archaeology was noted, nor any finds made from the upcast spoil.
