Description
Assessment is intended to inform and accompany an application for Listed Building Consent to Babergh District Council. It is based on a site visit of 16th December 2008 in company with Mark Wincer of Wincer Kievenaar Chartered Architects. No specific drawings have been prepared, but reference is made to a set of Wincer Kievenaar plans dated September 2008.
