Full Description

Fieldwalking by John Newman for SE Suffolk survey located C12-C14 pottery scatter in `field 374', in area 130m NW-SE by 40m at N and S ends and 20m wide near centre. Finds listed total 31 body (including `EMed'?), 2 bases, 5 rims and 1 handle Med coarse ware and 1 handle Med glazed and 1 body sherd late Med glazed. Also 4 flint flakes on rest of field and 1 body sherd sand tempered handmade (? IA) from TM 2585 5395 (S1).
