Full Description

Fieldwalking by John Newman for SE Suffolk survey located thin C13/C14 pottery scatter in `field 420', in area circa 50m N-S by 10m E-W, to E of Dewells (timber-framed) farmhouse.
Finds listed consist of 3 rims and 6 body sherds Med coarse ware (C13/ C14). Also 1 scraper and 4 flint flakes.
Also thin scatter flint flakes and Med pottery over rest of field. Full details in survey archive.
