Full Description

November 1985: Fieldwalking by John Newman for SE Suffolk survey located C12-C14 scatter, in 40m x 40m area, on "Field 167". Finds consisted of 72 sherds pottery, including EMed ware & one sherd with a fragment of seal impression, numerous bone fragments & oyster shells (S1).
Google Earth 4/2020 shows an area of dark discoloured soil in this position.
