November 1985: fieldwalking by John Newman for SE Suffolk survey located C13/C14 pottery scatter, over 40m x 30m area, in "Field 190", fronting Snipe Farm Road.

Full Description

November 1985: fieldwalking for SE Suffolk survey located C13/C14 pottery scatter, over 40m x 30m area, in "Field 190", fronting Snipe Farm Road.
Finds amounted to 55 sherds Med coarseware (S1).

1992: Medieval pottery scatter from field surface and from pipe trench spoil, along with 2 fragments of lava quernstone, seen during the monitoring of mains replacement (S2).
